- Take turns acting out jobs from the text.
- Choose a job from the text and silently act it out.
- Have your partner guess which job you are acting out.
- Switch roles until you have acted out all the jobs in the text.

- Use the question words who, what, where, when, and why to write or dictate questions you can ask someone who does this job. For example: Who do you ____? What ____ do you ____? Where do you ____? When do you ____? Why ____?

- Share your thank you sayings.
Project: Make a give and take book
- Imagine you are cleaning out your closet. You will need to give away one toy. You will take a favorite toy to keep.
- Draw a picture of what you will take and what you will give away.
- Make a cover for your book that includes the words Give and Take.
