English Language Learners (ELLs) are non-native speakers of English, who typically speak a different home language and learn English in school. In this webinar, we will discuss key milestones of oral language development and emergent literacy in early learners, and the role of language differences versus language disabilities. Suggestions for effective practices to support ELL students with and without specific language disabilities will be provided.
