The “Back to School” period brings a mixture of excitement, nerves and promise for the entire learning community, from teachers to parents to kids. In my role as National Director of School Improvement Partnerships at HMH’s Leadership and Learning Center, I’ve had the privilege to work with talented administrators and educators across the country to discover and share best practices that help set the stage for a successful year.
