Before joining the HMH family, Ali worked at a range of learning companies, including Oxford University Press, Pearson, and National Geographic Learning. She graduated from the University of St. Andrews in Fife, Scotland, with a degree in English and Management and writes fiction in her spare time for a range of publishers and podcasts.
