Virginia Franco is a learning experience design leader and math curriculum expert with more than 15 years of experience creating and optimizing K–12 instructional content across digital and print learning environments. As director of learning experience design at HMH, Virginia leads the development of standards-aligned math programs, implementation resources, and state customizations that support effective teaching and learning. She combines deep expertise in math pedagogy, learning science, and content innovation with a passion for building high-performing teams and engaging educational experiences. Her background spans curriculum development, assessment design, classroom teaching, and educational product leadership.
