Vidya Madhavan

As the learning engineer within the Applied Learning Sciences team, Vidya provides guidance on research, development, and validation of HMH’s automation and ML-based data tools. In addition to being a secondary school Teach for India fellow in the past, Vidya co-founded Pi Jam Foundation, a non-profit organization teaching underserved students in India problem-solving skills using physical computing. She has also supported on-ground research to explore gender-based violence and equity in vulnerable communities across India. With a passion for data-informed decision-making and knowledge acquisition, Vidya brings her expertise in learning sciences and analytics to her role at HMH.
