Renae Kuhn

Renae is in her 7th year teaching in Winchester, Virginia. She taught 2 years of 5th Grade before moving to 1st Grade where she shares her passion for teaching students to read, love math, learn to code, 3D print-design, and problem solve daily. Renae is LETRS and Orton-Gillingham trained, a Seesaw Certified Educator, an HMH Teacher's Corner Teacher Ambassador, and was 2021-2022 Teacher of the Year at her school, Greenwood Mill Elementary. She graduated from West Virginia University with a Bachelor's Degree in Multidisciplinary Studies and Master's Degree in Elementary Education with Cum Laude honors. She loves attending all WVU sporting events and reunions with her college friends. In her free time, she enjoys traveling all over, hiking, and fishing with her fiance. She also enjoys spending time with family and learning all the old family recipes from her grandmother and mother.
