Wei Li, Ed. D.

Wei Li is a passionate educator and professional trainer with 26 years of experience. She has delivered more than 1,000 training sessions to over 150,000 educators worldwide and is a published textbook author as well as a frequent speaker at educational conferences and events. 

Currently, Wei serves as a Global Solutions Specialist at HMH, where she partners with schools to design and implement customized curricula and develop rigorous, relevant instructional practices that address diverse learner needs. She works closely with educators and school leaders to translate research, pedagogy, and data into meaningful classroom impact. 

Wei’s current focus includes data-driven instruction and the effective use of artificial intelligence in education. She explores how AI can support educators, connect data with instruction, and enable personalized learning paths that help every student meet their full potential.
