Todd Mahler

Todd Mahler joined HMH in 2026 as Chief Platform Officer, responsible for advancing HMH's digital platform strategy and delivering a connected, scalable technology experience for educators.

Bringing more than 25 years of experience in education technology, Todd has held senior platform and product leadership roles at major organizations including Edmentum, Apex Learning, McGraw Hill and Redbird Advanced Learning.

Throughout his career, Todd has launched award-winning solutions, built high-performing teams and advanced learner-focused innovation across K-12 education. He is known for his deep expertise in aligning customer needs with business outcomes and leading organizations through complex transitions. Inspired early by technology’s ability to educate, connect and transform lives, Todd is passionate about using technology to create more personalized and effective learning experiences.

He holds a master’s degree in education technology from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Science in Astrophysics from Villanova University.
