​Mila Kuznetsova

Mila Kuznetsova is the senior director of User Research at HMH. Her team is responsible for conducting research and creating outputs that allow HMH to better empathize with learners and educators. Mila’s work focuses on exploring the complexity of school communities and developing insights to deeply understand user expectations, motivations, and needs through qualitative and quantitative methodologies. Before joining HMH, she worked on the Pre-K for All initiative at the New York City Department of Education and conducted school-based research studies at NYU that focused on neuroscience and education. Mila holds an EdM in technology, innovation, and education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and a BA in psychology from Reed College.
