Lateesha Thomas

Lateesha is the Co-Founder and CEO of Onramp, a seed-stage startup helping companies diversify their technical workforces by introducing upskilling into the recruiting process. On their platform, companies can source more diverse candidate pools and provide last-mile training resources that specifically target the skills candidates need to succeed in their hiring process and on the job.

Prior to founding Onramp, Lateesha managed global partnerships for Google's Women Techmakers initiative. She spent years in the coding bootcamp space, most recently as the Director of Strategic Partnerships and Business Development at Dev Bootcamp, where she created programs and curriculum aimed at fostering a transparent, inclusive, equitable, and empathetic culture in technology. She is a conference organizer and speaker, occasional developer, and workplace diversity & inclusion advocate. She serves on the board of Write/Speak/Code, loves going to spin class and eating nachos in her free time.
