Kristen Lavelle

Kristen joined HMH in 2006 and has held a range of supply chain leadership roles before becoming HMH’s Executive Vice President of Operations. She oversees global operations, including supply chain planning, strategic sourcing and procurement, distribution, scoring center operations and overall operational excellence.

Kristen brings deep expertise in operational strategy and transformation, with prior roles at Pricewaterhouse Coopers, Deloitte and a startup focused on eProcurement systems. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Science from Pennsylvania State University, is a Certified Public Accountant and has served on the Board of the Wisconsin International School.
