Joseph D. Foster is a passionate educator who prides himself on sense of community. He believes in the potential of all students and serves his teachers, students, parents, caregivers, and greater community with great respect and compassion. A former law enforcement officer, U.S Army Infantryman, and former middle school principal, his humble demeanor and strong leadership has resulted in high expectations and in increasing achievement and integrity of students and staff.
