Jori Greenhill

Spanish Teacher

Jori Greenhill has been a Spanish teacher at Adlai E. Stevenson High School in Lincolnshire, Illinois, since 2002. She has taught a wide variety of courses including Spanish 2-3 accelerated, Spanish 4, and Advanced Conversation and Culture. Previously, she spent two years teaching Spanish and coaching the poms squad at Grayslake High School in Grayslake, Illinois. In her twenty years of teaching, Jori has been a team leader and core team leader for her World Language department. She has also presented at ICE, ACTFL, and CSCTFL and has sat on an educators’ panel discussing the integration of technology in the 9-12 classroom. Jori earned a bachelor’s degree from The University of Iowa and a master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction from National-Louis University. She also holds a Type 75 General Administrative degree from National-Louis University. Jori believes that professional development, collaborating with colleagues, and creating meaningful relationships with students have helped her career growth.
