Dr. Jennifer Throndsen

Education Advisor

With over 20 years of experience in education, Jennifer Throndsen, PhD, has worked across classroom, school, district, and state levels, bringing a systems-level perspective to her work. Her career spans roles as an elementary and middle school teacher, instructional coach, adjunct faculty member, district specialist, state-level administrator, and author.

She holds a master’s degree in elementary education, a graduate certificate in administration, and a doctorate in curriculum and instruction. Her work focuses on designing, implementing, and evaluating educational policies and practices, with particular expertise in literacy and instructional improvement.

Outside of her professional work, Jennifer is an avid traveler, working toward her personal goal of visiting 80 countries by the age of 80.
