Jennifer Rees serves as the Chief Accountability Officer, leading efforts to ensure East High School uses data systems effectively to support the school’s mission of empowering scholars to take charge of their future by being tenacious, thinking purposefully, and advocating for themselves and others. With more than 15 years of experience in education, she has developed strong foundations as an instructional leader specializing in the development and implementation of data-driven systems for continuous improvement. Her experiences as a special education teacher, instructional coach, assistant principal, program administrator, and summer program principal have allowed her to build a strong foundation of instructional practice in the core areas of curriculum, teaching and learning, assessment, and the facilitation of high-quality professional development. Ms. Rees is invested in building organizational capacity to ensure the success of all students.
