Dr. Edward B. Burger
Author of GO Math! and its Math on the Spot videos, Dr. Edward B. Burger is the president of Southwestern University, a former Francis Christopher Oakley Third Century Professor of Mathematics at Williams College, and a former vice provost at Baylor University. He has authored or coauthored more than 65 articles, books, and video series; delivered more than 500 addresses and workshops throughout the world; and made more than 50 radio and television appearances. He is a Fellow of the American Mathematical Society and has earned many national honors, including the Robert Foster Cherry Award for Great Teaching in 2010. In 2012, Microsoft Education named him a “Global Hero in Education.”
