David has been with HMH for over 20 years following his time teaching English. He has published critical readings of numerous texts, and he evinces a passion for reading deeply, writing proficiently, and communicating effectively. His background in neuroscience informs his focus on engaging students with the key elements of language arts.
David has worked with school districts and has presented numerous workshops in the areas of reading, writing, technology, and critical thinking skills. He has built a relationship with many districts where he has worked for over a decade supporting teachers, and by extension, their students.
