David Aquino

David Aquino joined HMH in 2026 as Senior Vice President of Operations, where he oversees global operations, including supply chain planning, strategic sourcing and procurement, distribution, scoring center operations, and enterprise operational excellence.

Before joining HMH, David served in executive leadership roles at SharkNinja, BeautyHealth, Barco Uniforms, Careismatic, and Kindthread, where he led large-scale initiatives spanning operations, technology, supply chain, and business transformation. He also founded CertainSupply, a personal care and safety company that was acquired in 2021. Earlier in his career, David held operational leadership roles at both HMH and Scholastic. Throughout his career, David has modernized operations, built scalable capabilities, and led transformational growth initiatives, all while maintaining a strong focus on serving customers and delivering results.

David holds an MBA from Fordham University and a bachelor's degree in marketing from Syracuse University.
