Aricka Porter serves as the principal of Winfield Elementary School in Baltimore County Public Schools, Maryland. She actively engages all stakeholders in the Winfield community to get involved through mentoring and parent development opportunities. Porter holds a master's degree in Reading Education and a certification in Administration and Supervision. She has 21 years of experience in multiple education roles, including classroom teacher, educational consultant, professional developer, elementary assistant principal, middle school assistant principal, and elementary school principal.
