Amanda Bratten

Amanda Lubert Bratten is an HMH Senior Assessment Developer for English Language Arts. After a short career in publicity and promotions, Amanda spent nine years as a Chicago Public School teacher before joining the HMH assessment team. Her focuses include data-driven decision making, high-interest reading in assessments, educational equity, and community development. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Journalism and English as well as a post-baccalaureate in Education, all from Michigan State University.
