Adrienne Wetmore

Adrienne joined HMH in 2018 and serves as General Counsel, overseeing all legal, regulatory and corporate matters. She previously served as Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel before being appointed to her current role in early 2026.

Adrienne brings deep expertise in corporate governance, securities law, mergers and acquisitions and regulatory affairs. She is committed to providing clear, pragmatic counsel that enables strong decision‑making and responsible growth.

Prior to HMH, Adrienne was Associate General Counsel and lead securities counsel at Global Partners LP. Adrienne holds a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and a J.D. from Villanova University School of Law.
