As a special education teacher, Aaron Levy spent hours working with educators to support all kinds of learners.This collaboration continues to be valuable today in his role at Houghton Mifflin Harcourtashe supports schoolswith best-in-class math and science resources.Over the past three years, Aaron has brought his PLC experiences as a facilitator to colleagues at HMH. The focus of Aaron’s PLCwork has had two main goals. 1) Personal growth for participants and 2) a better understanding of how-tobest support learners in the classroom.In an ever-changingdigital landscape, these conversations have become even more valuable.
