  • System 44 Next Generation Report Updates
    System 44 Next Generation Report Updates

    Teachers can now batch print the System 44 Next Generation Student Performance Report. 

     

    Administrators may now set date ranges on the System 44 Next Generation Reading Progress Report, Student Software Performance Report, and Response to Intervention Report. 

     

    The new Daily Usage Report now has a corresponding student level report that may be filtered by demographic profile and sorted by column heads. Click here for more information.

    In response to teachers’ and administrators’ needs in the new at-home learning environment, HMH has released the System 44 Next Generation Daily Usage Report to monitor student use of the program at home.

    Important Notice for Reading Counts! Users

    As of May 15, 2020, HMH is suspending development of new Reading Counts! content until back-to-school 2020. At that time, we will announce our publishing plans for the remainder of the year.

  • New Custom Date Range in System 44 Next Generation Reports
    New Custom Date Range in System 44 Next Generation Reports

    System 44 Next Generation now has a custom date range for the Reading Progress Report, Student Software Performance Report, and Response to Intervention Report. The custom date range will allow teacher to select the exact dates and time periods for which they want to view data. Teachers should see this option on their SAM reports menu starting on May 11th.

    New My Progress Tab in HMH Student Central

    HMH Student Central has a new tab, My Progress. The My Progress tab shows students detailed information on the segment they are currently working on. Students see their progress in the zones of the current segment, along with how many questions, words, or assignments remain.

  • READ 180 Next Generation is now compatible with iOS 13
    READ 180 Next Generation is now compatible with iOS 13

    Update: As of March 13, 2020, READ 180 Next Generation is now compatible with iOS 13. 

     

    When running READ 180 Next Generation on an iOS device, the screen will fade and won't restore. HMH is aware of this issue and is working toward a solution. Until such time, do not upgrade iOS devices to iOS 13 if they are needed to run READ 180 Next Generation.

    Important Notices for iRead Users Regarding Browsers and Black Screens

    Districts are reporting that when students log in to iRead they see a black screen and are unable to move forward in the program. HMH is aware of the issue and investigating the potential causes.  See the enclosed document for the recommended workarounds for different browsers.
