As I travel the world to support districts and schools with their improvement efforts, there’s one thing I cannot emphasize enough to my fellow educators: digital leadership is not optional. I feel both validated and heartened by this belief when I visit those districts that have taken the necessary steps to prepare their students for the real world by embracing a culture shift around digital pedagogy.
