For the last 20 years Rob Carroll has been the principal of South Heights Elementary in Henderson, Kentucky. South Heights is a seven-time national Model School and now a newly designated Sustained Model School. Most recently, Carroll has launched a new leadership consulting business “Ideas Rule Leadership Consultants” with his talented partner and friend. Carroll is pursuing his doctorate in leadership from Murray State University while serving as an adjunct professor at the University of Southern Indiana.
