Boston -- Oct 1st, 2009 -- Global education leader Houghton Mifflin Harcourt has partnered with Innovatus Publishing, a developer and publisher of high-quality English language learning materials, to distribute the English Travels program throughout markets in Latin America, Africa, the Middle East, and most of Asia-Pacific.
