Houghton Mifflin Harcourt and Memphis City Schools Kick Off the Academic Year with Pre–K Express

Boston -- Aug 18th, 2009 -- Memphis City Schools, in conjunction with global education leader Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, held the Pre–K Express event at the Cook Convention Center on Saturday, August 8, 2009. The event, which featured the video “A Day in the Life of a Pre–K Student,” more than 25 hands-on classroom activities, various family workshops and free health, vision and hearing screenings, attracted more than 2,000 students and parents.
