Helping Our Employees Give Back 

The HMH Matching Gifts program and Volunteer Time Off Policy enables HMH to support the causes that our employees are passionate about. Through the HMH Cares platform, employees can donate directly to charities online, match their contributions, and find and enroll in volunteer projects. With the Matching Gifts program, each time an employee contributes at least $25 to an eligible organization, HMH will make an equal contribution to that organization (up to $1,000 per employee annually). The Volunteer Time Off policy provides benefits-eligible employees with two work days of paid time per calendar year to volunteer, which many employees take advantage of during HMH’s annual Volunteer Week.
